Bloomgarden, P.A. and Bloomgarden & Associates, P.A. until January 2006, when Philip C. Rosen became a partner. The attorneys at the firm specialize in residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate and business-related matters, will and trust drafting, probate administration and estate planning.
Estate Planning & Probate
We consult on and prepare estate planning documents including various types of wills, trusts, health care directives and powers of attorney. The firm handles all aspects of probate and guardianship proceedings.
PAUL M. BLOOMGARDEN, born in Albany, New York, 1943; admitted to bar, 1970 (Florida and New York).
Education: Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1970); University of Miami (B.B.A., 1965)

Throughout Paul’s career he has practiced as a criminal trial attorney for the Legal Aid Society of New York City, staff attorney in the underwriting department of American Title Insurance Company in Miami, Florida and was in-house council for Royal Palm Beach Colony, Inc., the prominent developer of Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Subsequently, Paul became a partner in Fiore and Bloomgarden, P.A. and practiced real estate, condominium, business, corporate, elder and estate planning law. Paul has been an agent of the Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. for the past thirty years. Paul also served on the commission that was responsible for rewriting the Broward County Charter.
CHERRIE F. GOUDREAU, born in Paramus, New Jersey, 1966; admitted to bar, 1991 (Florida and U.S. Court for the Southern District of Florida).

Prior to joining the firm, Cherrie practiced real estate and land use/zoning law at Eisen & Willits, P.A. for over three years. Prior to joining Eisen & Willits, P.A., Cherrie was a partner at Garber & Campbell, P.A. for over seven years and practiced real estate, bankruptcy, and immigration law.
PHILIP C. ROSEN, born in Brooklyn, New York, 1974; admitted to bar, 2000 (New York), 2002 (Florida).

Philip became a partner in the firm in January, 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Philip was the Director of New Business Development at Elite Marketing Group in New York, where he was responsible for client development and the negotiation of client contracts. Prior to joining Elite Marketing Group, Philip was an Associate Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, L.L.P. in New York.
